Your product is damaged?

You want to complain about a damaged or defective product? We are sorry that you are not satisfied with your product. With 3idee's extended service programme, we provide you with a solution even if your expectations were not met at the first attempt.

Simply use the form or send us an email to quality@3idee.eu with photos of the complaint and a description of your concern and we will send you a new product after checking it!

We want to make sure that product defects do not happen again. For this reason, we ask you to keep your defective item for approx. 7 days after requesting a new item. We check every single defect in our R&D department and may still be able to use the defective item for research purposes.
